Certain leadership roles were filled by individuals who lacked not only the qualifications but also the professional decorum typically expected in senior financial positions. Those tasked with managing payroll and employee relations seemed more focused on executing uncomfortable tasks than upholding basic workplace standards. There is no HR infrastructure or professional and transparent communication — just reactive decisions and people doing damage control. If you value ethics, clarity, and working with competent professionals, this isn’t the place.
