Pluspunten
Great colleagues (great bonds form as you deal with the insanity daily). Very accessible location, lots of great places to eat at lunch. Paid on time (excluding over time, pay is dependent on memory and there is no guarantee the amount will be right, not a COMMON problem but occurs too often). There are people (inc a handful of management- maybe a few fingers), who really are trying to make the best out of a bad situation. Quite frankly it is still experience on your CV to GET OUT & work for a better company.

Shocking staff turnover (including management). A company where improvement suggestions are branded as 'being negative'. YET THEY EXPECT GROWTH? (honestly ludicrous). Negative is the buzz word for Leadership. Reply 'negative' to suggestions and do nothing to improve but expect things to some how function effectively? It is as if they become offended when you identify a flaw and offer some solutions. Get the job done, doesn't matter if you do it right or wrong. Just do it so we can say you've done it. No concept of quality hence the endless... Well look at the complaints statistics they speak for themselves. Inability to recognise talent. It doesn't matter if you have a clue what you are doing as long as you can say how high quick enough. Talent to them is who is the most audible yes man not who has the right skills to push the company ahead. There is being a team player and then there is just being ignorant to the problems around you because you don't want to upset senior management. It is so telling; when not a single member of the management team across ALL departments can inspire anyone (the inspirational individuals saw sense and jumped ship). With these leaders there is NO wow factor, just narcissistic individuals endlessly on a power trip; they are not courteous or polite (not all but the majority). How can you manage without people skills nor relevant experience in your line of work?! (The fish rots from the head down). When you observe the way leaders conduct themselves you know as long as you aren't emulating those traits you are on the right track (backbiting openly, gathering to have quick gossip sessions, revealing confidential information about individuals, just uncouth and unfortunately really nothing positive). It is no surprise the company is where it is. Last but not least the pay does not match the expectations (which changes depending on the direction the wind blows). Work requirements change but the salary remains the same. Look at the same roles in the job market. Is dissatisfaction amongst employees really surprising? All in all the theory is good but the execution is oh so poor!
