Pluspunten
for the most part coworkers were good and i never had too many issues. managers were super nice and i only ever had a problem with one. hr department was overall pretty good when reporting issues as well.
Minpunten
underpaid, undertrained, understaffed and somehow bored constantly. on the floor the work was not consistent and it was worse on cash. i worked online customer service and the entire system was horrible and the way we treated customers was awful due to policies. toys r us was never customer first and most of us hated all the people we got. there was constant abuse from customers whether online, over the phone or in store. head office decisions often made little sense. hours were horrible. i was supposed to be getting close to 35 hours after i graduated and when i left i was getting less than 15. horrible benefits, no or very little chance for promotions or better pay
