Pluspunten
Working in the corporate office is a very personal experience and you will meet and meet nearly all of senior management. There are many cases in which you will be wearing multiple hats, multitasking on different projects, and helping peers out with the many projects which all happen at once. There is a sense of competition in the office between Trace and competitors in the industry which makes it more exciting, fun and improves the morale of the company.
Minpunten
Because it is a mid-sized firm in the industry, they don't have the manpower of some of the other conglomerates who they compete with. This makes it so employees must participate across multiple disciplines in firm activities. I found this to be a good thing, especially for a Intern/Junior employee in the industry as it allows you to develop your skills broadly and experience different facets of the work they do.
