      If you like it, there can be lots of travel around the world. It can be a wide variety of working conditions: office, outdoors, and travel (by air or road). The people are fantastic - honest, hardworking, and team-oriented.

      Minpunten

      Some individuals (as with any organization) tend to put their own spin on things. The parent company can be overly conservative. At times it can be a lot of travel.

      Management is comprised of who was in the right place at the right time instead of who truly is qualified and capable. Some top leaders are catty and play favorites which is completely unprofessional. You cannot trust anyone, they smile in your face and bad mouth you behind your back. Pay isn’t competitive with other companies. Work is disproportionate, some people have way too much to do and others are barely ever busy. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated, those who say anything about it beware. Managers are not honest and upfront with employees so you will not really know where you stand. The lack of transparency and honesty is truly appalling. On the surface, the company looks great, but is rampant with inefficiencies, unprofessional behavior and favoritism.
