      Pluspunten

      Very much a start up, the company is booming right now. TrackR has seen a more than 2000% increase in revenue since 2013, and with that comes a lot of work. I have been given tasks that have challenged me to rise up to the occasion, and learned a lot. As an employee, all I can ask for is career development, and I have definitely seen that in myself since I have joined the company. I am confident that I can always reach out to any of my co-workers to help me troubleshoot any problems that may come up. I am excited with where the company is going, I am ready to work hard and come along for the ride.

      Minpunten

      The company offer a lot of snacks, however, no fresh fruit. But, I do think they are working on making it happen.

      Great time to work at TrackR. It's a very different company than it was a year ago. The company is at an inflection point and poised for rapid growth. As my former boss at another company told me recently, at this moment TrackR is the hot company in Santa Barbara. The management team is solid. The marketing team is solid. The company is quickly growing and is adopting professional standards. Tons of opportunity for growth within the company.

      Dealing with legacy home-grown systems and processes that are slow to go away. A lot of talk of being data-driven. A lot of ignoring information which challenges preconceived notions. Then again, that's pretty normal for many companies, just very pronounced in a fast growing company. Long hours - but then again, it's a start-up.
