I just can't get over how much I love this company and my co-workers. This company is a startup so there is the hard work ethic involved, but I signed up for it and so did my co-workers. I love being able to work alongside like minded people who are working hard to actually build awesome products that will actually benefit the customer. I've worked at startups before which were nightmares and this company is definitely not that. They got the culture right. How? Because this company ACTUALLY listens to people... crazy.

Being a startup innately has the fear of the company not making it. Which is going to be present at any startup you go to. So I guess that would be my con. Apart from that I don't have any.

They know how to be nice to your face while trying to find a way to F you over.

They are a company that is going downhill FAST. They made bad investments and laid off people to try an recoup cost. Those they didn't lay off, they attempted to fire for non-documented productivity issues since they backfilled the roles at lower pay. Overall, just a shady company with young, inexperienced owners, poor managers who are sexist, and crappy HR.
