Pluspunten

There are some fantastic people working hard in the field, training and support. I've been lucky to make some lasting relationships with these individuals. The use of Google and Apple products made communication smooth and effective without cumbersome security and IT interference.

Minpunten

First, my prior review has disappeared and so have any of the previous negative reviews. How convenient to remove the bad and put on a perfect front for the public. Very appropriate for this company. Lack of leadership and communication has greatly contributed to the lack of growth in new markets. Corporate leadership is blind and deaf to new ideas and to the true issues facing the field. Sales goals are unrealistic and absolutely unattainable for new sales reps and new markets. Goals were created in a vacuum- if less than 30% of the field came close to goal last year, how many will make goal this year? And without any additional resources and lack of marketing support? If you don't fit the mold of what they think a rep should be or look like, you won't receive any support and will be the brunt of jokes. They should worry about discrimination suits. I strongly advise against selling for this company.

We follow this site closely and we value all employee input whether current or former, as we believe our people are core to our success. Like any startup, the company has experienced growing pains, but we continue to evolve and adapt and ongoing feedback –both positive and negative- is critical to that evolution. We do our very best to set our employees up for success with the necessary tools and flexibility they need to get the job done but as with all sales roles, compensation and performance are inherently linked. We are very proud of the product we offer and the sales team that hits the ground running every day to get dealers onboard. We’ve seen tremendous uptake recently from the dealer community and continue to add new features to our tool to create added value. We are excited about the future of the company and remain committed to streamlining automotive sales between dealers. I’m fortunate for all the great staff that have been part of this journey and contributed to our continued growth. I’m disheartened to hear you didn’t have a more meaningful experience during your time with us, but I am grateful for your candor, and continue to welcome honest dialogue with employees – without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
