Our Parental Leave of 16 weeks is consistent with most of our peers, and is separate from our baseline PTO allotment which can be used for various reasons in order to provide maximum flexibility for our employees. We have an extremely active Working Parents Network that provide strong peer support, and our Intranet contains a wide range of resources to help new parents transition back to work. Employee needs evolve and our policies must remain nimble, and the Working Parents Network also maintains an active dialogue with our leadership team.
