      Pluspunten

      On the whole a bunch of very enthusiastic people wanting to deliver a great product and service to customers. Down tools days (first Monday of the month off with no public holidays) + a number of other benefits.

      Minpunten

      Micromanagement of teams in Cycles with a lack of planning these ahead of time. Work in development phase constantly changing on the fly. This led to a lot of wasted work that could be attributed to test and learn approach at times, but more often than not could benefit better planning upfront. A lot promised in the interview phase that quite simply did not eventuate.

      good pay hybrid nice office central location

      Minpunten

      Bully culture from management in one on one catchups. Was not assigned anyone to ask for guidance during onboarding so had to face management constantly. Split shifts covering multiple timezones which really crept up during time at home.

      Pluspunten

      Tradify has a really supportive and welcoming atmosphere where people enjoy working together. The leadership team is approachable and transparent, and they genuinely care about the wellbeing of everyone. There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, so you feel ownership of your work but also know that support is there whenever you need it. The culture is collaborative and positive, with colleagues who want to see each other succeed. New ideas are encouraged, growth is supported, and achievements are celebrated in a way that makes you feel valued.
