The leadership change two years ago is bringing about positive results both for employees and for clients. The office culture is now a lot more employee friendly and motivating which has fostered better teamwork between departments. Better structure and communication are providing a clearer framework to focus on the products and projects that really matter and with a more democratic but start-up mentality, the company is a good place for determined people that want to show initiative and take, and be responsible for, their own decisions. Conducive industry conditions and more of an emphasis on working with partners allied to a greater focus on the core buy side execution management clients’ requirements, have resulted in a significant uptick in new client wins in both the hedge fund and long only segments.
