From the very start, the hiring process was excellent. The stages were clear, communication was consistent and onboarding was seamless. The onboarding day itself was really informative too. It gave a real understanding of how the business operates and how each role contributes to the bigger picture. The company is genuinely transparent, with strong top-down communication and regular updates on what’s happening across the business. It creates a real sense of trust and alignment. The culture is one of the biggest positives. Everyone is friendly, approachable and willing to help. It’s a great environment to learn and grow, surrounded by smart, driven individuals. Within my team especially, there’s a strong sense of trust and collaboration, it never feels toxic or overly political. My manager has been fantastic at motivating both me individually and the team collectively, always offering support when needed. There are also solid company perks and benefits which add to the overall experience. The shift to being in the office three days a week from April onwards can make work-life balance slightly more challenging compared to more flexible setups (although the new office space does make this more enjoyable).
