Working as a contractor in a different company has its flaws.

-All employees are pros at what they do. - 100% fun people. -Everybody is so nice and looking for a chance to teach and learn new things. - Monthly meetings to learn new techs and how to implement in current projects (sometimes even the management participates!! ). -Just walking in to the office will give you a good vibe.

honestly, i'm very happy and i know the people i work with are very happy also so i'm having a hard time to think on any con.
