Changes in leadership monthly. Alot of "retirements" from executive leadership lately. Have been in a hiring freeze for a year while they continue to hire techs but will not allow supporting departments to add staff to properly support the hundreds of techs hired. Travel freeze most of the year then the company has the audacity to mandate return to work 100% for everyone if within 30 miles of any office because of lack of collaboration. We haven't been able to operate like a real company growing all areas of the organization properly this past year, trave when needed to conferences and/or ther Trane offices to collaborate but they do this on the heels of laying off 300 employees in October. A few hundred in Tyler Texas in September. Not a single communication about it. 24 hours notice given to managers about the return to work before it was broadly email blasted. No time for managers to ask questions. All of this conveniently done after the employee survey was completed. They got the timing right on that... the survey results just do not match what people are saying either about work life balance so I struggle to believe the survey results.
