This company has wonderful people working as colleague. You behave well, everyone treats you like family. For Sales department, timing is very flexible, be sure you bring in figures, the management does not micromanage the Sales Department, there will be meeting every week to discuss on the Sales & Order progress. The pay here is also very good, benefits are great, as Sales person you will be provided with Transport Allowance plus Petrol card. Incentive wise is reasonable, not the best, depending on your Sales achievement. This is definitely a good place for learning, bonding and work. People here are willing to help, teach and they are very friendly. The name Trane is very helpful in assisting the Sales person to make appointment with clients.

I joined the company since 2017, many things changed since the introduction of CoJo, and replacing PFW with Oracle, many works in Trane have become very tedious. Trane is working to implement a One-Stop CRM tool that links every department, but until 2023 it is still very hectic and caused a lot of double work. This caused even the smallest, simplest request from customer can take days, if not weeks to fulfill. In addition, the lack of autonomy of the Country Leader, really makes a lot of decision making to be non-local. It is almost impossible to get decision to be final from local management, because almost every decision a company makes need to refer to regional management.
