Good coffee and snacks in the office.

Minpunten

TransCore is stuck in the 20th century. It's definitely not a place for anyone under 40. The staff (including management) is rude at best, bigoted at worst. It has a very negative culture where my manager complained to staff about the company and senior leadership daily. It is very demoralizing.

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
