The company has a flat structure, which in theory should promote collaboration. However, this often means that any manager can assign you extra work beyond your responsibilities, and it is expected that you complete it without question. • You will learn a lot, but this comes at the cost of your mental health. The workload is extremely high, the expectations are unrealistic, and the compensation is far below industry standards.

• Unreasonably Long Notice Period: The company enforces a six-month notice period, making it difficult to leave even if you are unhappy. This is far from industry standards and seems to exist purely to trap employees in a toxic work culture. • Unfair Titles & Pay: Freshers are hired as Junior Analysts, a designation that does not reflect their actual workload. Employees here work at the same level as analysts in competing firms (e.g., S&P) but with significantly lower pay. • Toxic Work Culture: Several aspects of the work environment are outright exploitative: • Holidays can be canceled at the company’s discretion, sometimes without a valid reason, disrupting employees’ personal lives. HR does not challenge these decisions. • Work-from-home is treated as a privilege rather than a standard flexibility option. Freshers especially struggle to get WFH approval, and the CMD has openly stated disapproval of remote work. • The overall culture lacks empathy, with employees facing excessive workloads, poor compensation, and a lack of proper work-life balance.
