Good location but unethical practices in layoffs and firings - werkgeversreview Information Security Analyst bij TransUnion

I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
