Pluspunten
Work life balance is great. If you need to take a day off, no questions asked. People who work there (the team I was on) was great. Very nice people. Absolute joy to work with them. However, a majority of them were inexperienced but very very hard working.
Minpunten
- A lot of very inexperienced people. - Besides unlimited PTO, the benefits are not great and they do not start until 90 days after your start date. - Company is constantly “pivoting” and it creates a ton of chaos. - Upper leadership thinks they know what they are doing. However a lot of projects were not well thought out and was a giant waste of time and money. - MAJOR layoffs occurred a couple months ago. - Certain individuals who are upper leadership are very hard to work with and will patronize you on what your job’s function is. - Company keeps acquiring more and more companies while the platform sucks. The employees of the acquired company hates the platform leading to more friction.
