The owner and management team are liars, cheats, nasty, unfair and unethical. Anything they can do to move ahead on the backs of the staff, and oversell themselves to poor unsuspecting customers. A awful place to work.

I have worked for this company for 7 years. I wrote a review in 2014 and find everything I wrote then, still true today. I love coming to work every day and enjoy the collaboration/team effort of my co-workers and owners. Love working with our clients. We all work closely together to get the job done and we have fun along the way. Our current employees are hard working professionals who work diligently every day and we help each other out as needed. The owners are right in there with us and they appreciate the work we all do and show it. It's disheartening to read some of the reviews, knowing who wrote them and why; sharing only their jaded side of situations without ownership of their own problems. And to out and out lie in an effort to ruin the reputation of our owners. Very sad. I will say, in my time with the company, I have only seen our owners be honest, ethical, above-board, and do the right thing for our employees and clients. Great place to work!

Sure they have a liquor closet but the stress of just going into work doesn't even it out. Is that even a pro?

The owners should indeed just be running the company themselves. Todd Y, just a little bit of a temper most days. Everything is poorly planned and he will never take blame for a mistake. He will lean over your desk and put you down like a 1 year old having a tantrum. Then walk away and talk under his breath for the rest of the day or you can hear him crying in his office because he can't get it together. Other reviews are correct - You have no access to customer systems yet your suppose to fix issues - not possible if you have no access?!? If you hire people with knowledge they won't break anything. Control Freak! They watch the cameras to see when employee's come in for the day - god forbid your a hair late once. You will know about it. I worked here years ago - really not sure how they are still running with all the turnover and job postings I see regularly. But, things haven't changed. They should just focus on their bowling gear - probably a little bit less stressful. Clients would come and go - I wonder why. Also if you wants some certs - pay yourself and do on your own time. I could keep going - don't have time.
