work at home pay is ok but other companies pay $3 to $4 more an hour for same job so look around

Spent 3 and 1/2 weeks of training on how cust are first and then hit the floor and that is not true Spent 2 days...yes...2 days training on the actual job and databases Thrown onto the floor and 0 support. Will take 15 mins to get an answer or sometimes you won't get one at all. Have to be in at least 30 to 45 minutes early to sign in because of technical issues almost every day and you get points if you are not on time. You are paid from the moment you start taking calls and not before but still expected to log in, read emails, respond, read updated articles, troubleshoot, and bring up all databases all unpaid. You can't even log into the phone until articles are read and signed off on. Are not paid for technical issues when it is their issue. You have to log off phone and go to support room where you can wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come in and address your issue....almost daily and all unpaid If you don't become best buddies with your super you are nitpicked and your questions will not be answered. If you happen to try and help a cust and it is time to leave, you are harassed until you hang up on cust. (was actually told by super to hang up when I was not done assisting cust and it would talk a while and call lasted after hours...not once but 3 times and I have been on the floor 1 1/2 weeks) No aux codes for tech or bathroom or anything else. You have to log out and you are not paid if you are logged out.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Minpunten

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
