Owner is extremely rude, does not pay his typists, ignores emails and talks down to everybody. He thinks he is better than everybody else but he forgets that its the typists that bring him money. He is a narcissist. Even his project managers are being bullied by him, but they feel they can't leave or say anything to him.
The few clients that he has left, need to know that they should go elsewhere.
