It’s also cool because you’re not just stuck doing one thing—you’re involved in training, giving feedback, and helping shape how the team performs. There’s always something going on, and you’re constantly adapting and learning too.

It can get a bit hectic, especially when things are busy and you’re trying to coach while also keeping up with day-to-day operations. Priorities can shift quickly, so sometimes it’s hard to stay consistent with coaching plans. Also, as the team grows, it takes more effort to keep everyone aligned.
