The only con I can think of is long hours, usually 10-12 a day, but the paycheck at the end of the week makes up for it.

Fast paced work environment, always something to do as well as opportunities to learn new things. Great co-workers and friendly customers.

Main source of communication is via e-mail and there seems to be no such thing as a private conversation with this company. There are always people "CC'd" in on every conversation which causes a lot of drama unnecessarily. Employee reviews are every 3 months, and yet raises are only given yearly on your anniversary date, which are usually a 2% raise.
