Opportunity, specializes in sales to government, always has a customer somewhere, with budget to spend. Woman/minority owned.

Minpunten

They depend too much on being woman owned. They fire people that challenge them (unless you really srew something up). They let go of on guy because he wanted more money. They didn't even try to keep him and now they're paying two people to fill the void. Low morale and a cloud of tension. They played favorites in the department I sold in. Deals somehow got handed over to people that seemed to be favorites, instead of the person assigned to the territory.
