      I worked as a Magento developer for 2.5 years in Mumbai and Vashi office. Overall it is a good company. They have all international jewellery Projects. They pay on time.

      They are very strict with the quality of work which puts a developer under lot of pressure

      This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They do not have proper management in place and fail to follow any software development life cycle (SDLC) methods. The company directors involve themselves in even the most basic decisions and often lack common sense in their communication with employees. Moreover, if you give your all to the company, the directors expect even more from you, which can be very discouraging. Additionally, office politics are rampant in this organization. 😔 office politics are rampant in this organization.
