Can leave early, work outside at times of the office if you have a good reason. They don’t actually track what you do, so if you wanted to, you can watch YouTube all day and screw around. They don’t even have a time punch and the owners aren’t even around so you could def show up for only a few hours.
Minpunten
By far the worst job that I’ve had. Didn’t invest in anything for sales. Not even a brochure. You have to go in completely empty handed when prospecting. They pay dirt for your base pay and then do not let people have enough freedom to actually sell. They care more about their public appearance than anything else. Workplace is unprofessional with employees wearing pajamas, people crying at work, lots of inappropriate jokes and behaviors. They treated people like they’re stupid and don’t take any advice from more experienced people than themselves. Zero investment in their employees. You get no reimbursement for gas while driving places. They are not trustworthy. One owner told my coworker that she was wanted to be ready to sell the place for a profit even though they call it a “family”. They overheard her say “I can’t imagine working 40 hours a week, I don’t know how you do it”. It’s not a nice place to be. Don’t be fooled by their friendly appearance, trust your instincts. I get the impression that they bit off way more than they can chew and have issues holding themselves accountable. They have no clue and operate on a fake it till you make it basis while protecting their own insecurities onto others.
