      Flexible work hours and a good leave policy. Exposure to diverse technologies and projects, great for career growth. Managers are approachable and encourage employee development. Positive environment with collaborative teams. Well-established company with steady growth.

      Fewer chances for international travel. Compensation could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Work experience can vary significantly based on the project and client.

      Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

      Minpunten

      Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
