Minpunten
I had a disappointing experience at Tranztec, characterized by a disrespectful and neglectful culture. The way people communicate with each other is appalling and creates a toxic work environment. There's a concerning lack of attention to customer issues, as developers are instructed to keep their heads down on projects, resulting in delayed resolutions and frustrated clients. Additionally, the workload is overwhelming, with insufficient resources to support employees, leading to burnout and decreased productivity. One of the most significant issues is the absence of proper training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to safeguard systems and ensure consistency in operations. This lack of structure contributes to poor communication and a disjointed workflow among team members. Furthermore, there are limited opportunities for advancement and financial growth within the company, which can be demotivating for employees seeking career development. The quality of work produced by developers is subpar, with minimal quality assurance (QA) processes in place. Moreover, the lack of cohesion among different systems exacerbates the challenges faced by employees, making it difficult to collaborate effectively and deliver cohesive solutions. Additionally, the company's approach to hiring and firing employees lacks respect and professionalism, with little consideration for providing notice or implementing retention strategies. Overall, my experience at Tranztec was disappointing due to its disrespectful culture, inadequate support, and lack of professionalism in handling employee concerns and client issues.
