Poor Management - They even don't know what they are doing Disorganized Management micromanage Toxic and negative work environment Wrong people at wrong position New hires will find difficulty in understanding the terminologies if they don't have any previous Transit Industry experience.

Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
