      Supply systems to financial clients for pretty much all European commodities trading. Good office location, next to the river. Get to wear jeans, t-shirt and sandals to work. Flexible, relatively short working day

      Minpunten

      Lots of legacy software, extremely painful to deal with. Bad politics between the departments, many people rubbing each other up the wrong way Higher-ups throwing multiple unproven pet technologies at new systems, making a giant mess. Many senior developers looking to move, distrust of senior management Shabby office space

      Pluspunten

      Smart and interesting people back when Eddie was still the owner. Beer after work almost every day - good team spirit and a great culture. Annual company trip to some place in Europe was nice. Office environment was top-notch, with open desk for even management. Pantry always had lots of food for the staff to freely consume. A few of my old colleagues become team leads, so there must still be some good people around!

      Pay was not too good; as technical consultant work sometimes gets boring and repetitive; client director back then was snobbish and a little arrogant.
