• Free fruit/ drinks in the office • Office is fairly nice • Office close to Liverpool Street/ Moorgate • Lots of training available to learn about the company • Can work from home 50% of the time • People are nice & generally helpful • Can buy/sell annual leave

Minpunten

• Hours are inflexible 9-5:30 • 25 days holiday + 4 personal days which are the same as annual leave but are non-contractual so they can be potentially taken away. • 10 days sick leave

Pluspunten

Smart and interesting people back when Eddie was still the owner. Beer after work almost every day - good team spirit and a great culture. Annual company trip to some place in Europe was nice. Office environment was top-notch, with open desk for even management. Pantry always had lots of food for the staff to freely consume. A few of my old colleagues become team leads, so there must still be some good people around!

Minpunten

Pay was not too good; as technical consultant work sometimes gets boring and repetitive; client director back then was snobbish and a little arrogant.
