Coffee could use upgrading Hard to take time off during the field season, but it is a seasonal business so that is to be expected.

Positive work environment. Lots of experience with problem solving and making ends meet out in the field. Great coworkers.

Minpunten

Lots of moving around, so if you dont like being away from home, planting might not be the best fit, but they have other job positions that dont move around.
