Pluspunten
I value the way how the leaders/mentors listened to my concerns and validated them. I feel like I can approach them with any sort of problem and know that they are invested in helping me find a solution. I have noticed a significant improvement in how I am developing my abilities. Furthermore, management ensured transparency and made everyone informed of organisational changes as they occur. This encouraged us to trust each other and work harder to achieve the company's goals together. Understanding bosses we have here. Relatively flexible here.
Minpunten
Very general, some factions are formed across department, battle lines are drawn, communication sometimes slowed down and suspicion rises. Productivity and efficiency drop slightly and any kind of collaboration or transformation is next to impossible sometimes. However, each department has their own KPI to meet, thus the above is reasonable to accept. I mean it happens everywhere, in any organisation. Leaders will step in to help make things work in the end.
