- good start for fresh grads who want to start career in cybersecurity - 14th month pay - not that strict when it comes to leaves -lots of trainings and learning opportunities, but of course trainings are inexpensive so that lots of engineers can attend

-favoritism for employees who are close to managers and who are show off regardless if they deserve the credit or not. -slow career growth due to lack of opportunities to move upward -fierce competition among teams to execute ideas and tasks that are sometimes redundant already - salary not competitive enough to make majority of employees stay for long
