The benefits package is decent, the work stable - there will always be lab work, challenging material, strong vision from CEO of future of lab medicine. lab puts out a quality product.
Minpunten
Overtime mandated in some areas but not others, pay grades not equal for same work. inadequate delegation of resources - seemingly unsupportive executive leadership, poor/ slow HR department. Intense focus on future is negatively affecting the now. high staff turnover in some areas. IT upgrades poorly structured and consistently create more issues than fixes. not enough IT "help" staff, too many IT "leaders"
