In my experience, there really aren’t any true cons to working at TRIdigital. Like any organization, there may always be a few individuals with negative experiences — often those who weren’t the right fit or unfortunately had to be let go. That’s a reality in any healthy business striving to maintain a strong culture. What I can personally say is that TRIdigital genuinely values its employees. Leadership is deeply invested in each team member’s growth, creativity is encouraged, trust is given freely, and success is celebrated. In my time here, I have only seen continued growth — for the company, the team, and for myself. Can you believe it's been 10 years since I started working at TRIdigital Marketing? It honestly feels like just yesterday, but at the same time, I can look back and see how much I’ve grown—both personally and professionally. From the very beginning, TRIdigital has been more than just a workplace for me. It’s been a space full of creativity, collaboration, and people who genuinely care about what they do and the impact they make. I can confidently say that joining this team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. TRIdigital gave me the chance to truly grow within the MSP industry—an industry I’ve come to understand and love over the years. What’s made it even more exciting is being able to use my creativity to help change the way the MSP world presents itself. From branding to design, it’s been amazing to play a part in reshaping the industry cosmetically, making tech companies feel more human, more relatable, and more visually compelling.
