I know many friends from college that are working in environments very different from their schooling. My primary takeaway from my time at TriVision is that it has provided me an opportunity to expand the skills I have and explore skills I didn't know I had.

There are advantages and disadvantages to working with a small business. Sometimes resources are thin, you have to wear many different hats, and pick up the slack for others to keep things going. That can make work stressful.
