Pluspunten

Work is very fulfilling because you are helping the students. A lot of the lower people genuinely care about their jobs.

Minpunten

It does not seem like anyone gets raises on a regular basis. Higher ups expect too much at a rate that is unreasonable. They are not understanding of the way the world is now and they refuse to modernize to meet the future.

Pluspunten

They give you a lot of freedom to tailor your curriculum. The Director and Assistant Director are easy to work with. They're very accommodating and helpful. Work / Life balance is good Fellow co-workers are good people You get a decent amount of paid days off a year. It's nice teaching people and seeing them grow and evolve. Having your students not only meet, but exceed your expectations is very rewarding.

I honestly don't have any cons other than it would be nice if the pay was a little higher.
