7yHi there, we regret that this was your experience at TribalScale. However, employee feedback is something that is most valued by our leadership. We invest heavily into getting that feedback, and acting on it. Beginning with hours; as we were a 9-6 working day schedule, we have listened to our employees and recently changed to a flex-time schedule and hours of 9-5. We are constantly looking to create a better experience for our people.
