Pluspunten

- No micromanagement. There is trust in people to make the right decisions. - The Teal model (business units split once they grow to 42 people) gives faster trajectory to get leadership experience as a young person, if you want that - Freedom to work with what you think is fun and stimulating - Innovation spirit in the company is high. They invest in startups that also come from inside the organization. - Pretty cool customers and solutions being built - Good mood most places - a company that is growing - You are in charge of your own work-life balance. Work hard and get rewarded if you want that. Leave at 5pm if you want that.

- Pay isn't industry-leading but it's pretty decent, acceptable given all the pros

Minpunten

People in leadership roles who have no leadership skills, who lack commitment or loyalty to anyone other than themselves, they offer no training or guidance, they outright lie to their employees and customers. There is no communication and days/weeks/months can go by without a single point of collaboration. I dont see how this company will last another 5 years. I would never recommend them to anyone for work or business.
