An MSSP with a lot of value added for the customer. We are good at balancing work-life, and there is a lot of social events

Minpunten

Not the highest salaries compared to other companies in the industry. Very young people, so not that many senior-profiles.

they offer decent pay scale and benefits

Minpunten

People in leadership roles who have no leadership skills, who lack commitment or loyalty to anyone other than themselves, they offer no training or guidance, they outright lie to their employees and customers. There is no communication and days/weeks/months can go by without a single point of collaboration. I dont see how this company will last another 5 years. I would never recommend them to anyone for work or business.
