There are a lot of nonprofits that take a lot out of you, but I believe that you actually get a lot out of working at Trilogy. Great experience, good teammates, and decent benefits (of course that could be better). Pretty flexible work environment, but of course that depends on the role.

Just like any nonprofit, the pay isn't great, but it isn't the worse.
