      When you walk into the office you immediately feel the positive business atmosphere. No one is sitting at a desk or a cubicle, everyone is collaborating and learning new concepts on the boards or glass windows. There is always music playing so you can’t help but feel motivated. Everyone is there to learn as well as teach others. The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat, you just have to keep up!

      Not necessarily a con but- If you don’t have the drive to keep up, you will fall off.

      Fun work environment, great weekly pay, team nights, takes care of employees, and tons of room for advancement. This is a great company because when they say it is a management training program, they mean it. They teach you how to run a business, how to have conversations with your employees, how to do all of the back-end stuff of running a business. You have to have the right mindset because it is for hard-working people, but if you do, you will make a lot of money.

      Like I said, you must have a really strong work ethic to work here. It is a very competitive company, but that is because there is a ton of room for advancement so they don't want to select the wrong people for management positions.
