After college, I began my career at Trinity Insight learning the ropes on SEO, web analytics, client reporting, and more. In the early days, I benefited greatly from hands-on training regarding best practices. From there, I was able to develop my skills to take projects on independently. Trinity was actually focused on delivering results to clients versus other similar companies that are great at sales but soft on results. As such, I got to work on some great projects for a wide variety of clients/industries. This again helped me develop my skills and experience. Things never seemed to get too stale or routine. Additionally, I never felt that I was too junior or my ideas didn't matter. It always seemed I had the opportunity to take on more, do new things, and grow within the company. Additionally, we had a number of great perks including networking opportunities, offsite events, and more. I really enjoyed my time here and the friendships I developed with the people I worked with.
