Trinity has an unbelievable culture. From recruiting to training and then working in your hired position, everyone contributes to your overall success. This company really do care about its' employees. The pay and benefits are competitive with the industry. Truly a great place to work.

NONE - management at this organization (Trinity Logistics specifically, not its parent company of Burris Logistics) thinks they are kings & queens of the corporate world. Typical big fish, small pond mentality, as they think that their “power” in their little corner of Delaware applies to the entire country & world. Typical favoritism, management blame due to their lack of knowledge/experience, etc.

EVERYTHING! Management is poor. The CFO is honestly a pretty terrible person (even though as a pastor, which is odd in itself for a CFO, claims to care). Management all around is terrible…they base employment & advancement in the organization built on who you know & are friends with, not what you know (this culture was poorly built by the former owners of the company, so I guess the current state is better than when they owned it. Performance expectations are high, but accountability only applies if you are not in the inner circle. Finally, they rely on drivers to generate income (since they are brokers) but they do not care about them at all…horrible organization & management!
