You get to learn how to hustle in chaos, if that’s your thing. There are a few genuinely good coworkers trying to make the best of it. If you’re desperate to get your foot in the door somewhere, this might be a short-term launchpad.

Minpunten

Pay is trash. For the amount of work they expect, the salary is embarrassing. You’re doing multiple roles—sales, account management, logistics, customer service—and getting paid like a glorified clerk. Leadership is directionless and reactive. The higher-ups either don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care. You’ll get five different answers from five different people depending on who’s covering their behind that day. The environment is toxic. People are constantly quitting or mentally checking out. There's no structure, no accountability, and no real culture other than “don’t rock the boat.” Micromanagement is rampant. You’re expected to make decisions, but they’ll override them without warning—then blame you when it backfires. Internal politics run everything. If you’re not one of the favorites, your ideas will get ignored or stolen. Promotions are based on personality and proximity to leadership, not merit. No support. You’re on your own when things go sideways. Systems are outdated, the backend is broken, and communication is non-existent. Zero career development. There’s no clear path for growth. You’ll max out quickly and be told to “just sell more” if you want to earn more—but they won’t give you the tools or time to actually do that. They burn people out. Morale is low, turnover is high, and leadership doesn’t seem to care. You’re disposable.
