I work in the Product department, specifically on the Curriculum team, and its greatest strength is the people. The team consists of creative, highly professional individuals who foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The company prioritizes a healthy work environment, with a strong emphasis on rest and personal well-being. Despite being a large organization, TripleTen retains some of the greatest features of a startup, such as flexibility in people and processes and an iterative approach to work. When something isn’t working, the team analyzes the issue, adapts, and improves. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the end product. My voice is heard, and my contributions feel meaningful.

This can be exciting for those who enjoy dynamic environments but may be challenging for those who prefer stability and predictability. Additionally, while the company offers remote and flexible work options, its benefits package is relatively limited compared to other companies based in Europe, lacking perks such as gym memberships or corporate discounts.
