If you're a young engineer who likes nerf guns, foosball, and public humiliation, this is the place for you. If you are a hard-working intelligent person with experience, go work anywhere else. They hire anyone with an ivy-league degree, even if they have no job experience, and then treat them like children. This is not the place if you are an intelligent self-starter with any knowledge or interest outside of technology. I am so thankful to no longer work with Triplebyte and do not suggest taking a role with them.
