Not only is there a constant push to innovate and take risks, but there's a healthy respect among the entire team. It sounds trite, but there's a sense that we're all in this together, and that levels the playing field, removes the typical hierarchical company drama, and allows us to try new ideas, fail quickly, and adapt.

We're still in that early-stage growth phase, so people often have to wear a few hats, which can be challenging. Plus there are new people starting just about every week, so learning all those names is a beast.
